The dreaded first shot appointment

2 months old means Dr. visit!  Joe and I were so excited to see how much our guy has grown, but dreading the shots!  Joe has been kickin' ass and takin' names at work and one of his customers wanted a car the morning of the appointment so he wasn't able to make it, but Nana stepped in since I was terrified to go alone! 

The appointment went well, we found out Griffin is growing at a great pace!

2 Month Check up:

10 lbs 14 oz

22 1/2 inches long

 

 

Griffin's Dr. is always very serious but he is very hard to take seriously when this comes out of his mouth... "He's got a lot of hair for a white baby."

I am so happy that first one is behind us!  After the Dr. we had lots of naps, had dinner at Nana and Granddaddy's house...

 Then picked up Joe from work. 

Joe has been working so extra hard ever since Griffin was born so that I can be a stay at home mom!  HE is just wonderful!  Griffin does miss his daddy during the day so when Joe gets home they enjoy a little NBA action together....

Bath time means some more Daddy/Griffin bonding time, and we have been using a GIANT sponge in the kitchen sink...

But we have hit another milestone!
